A quick dip in the pool required a quick cocktail. I had pre-mixed POG juice and wanted Jamaican rum so I threw this one together. Let’s call it…
Jamaican Hula
• 4 oz POG Juice (passion/orange/guava)
• 2 oz Myers’s Original Dark
• .75 oz Rum Fire Overproof
• .75 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 Dashes Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Bitters
Shake all but Myers with cracked ice. Pour unstrained. Top with more ice. Float Myers. Garnish if you have time. 😀
