This coconut rum-cocktail is one of the most popular at St Lucia’s Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa. This resort has six bars, one of which is dedicated exclusively to rum (hurray!).
Ingredients
1 oz. coconut rum
1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. coconut cream
1.5 oz. milk
1 cup ice
Method
Blend all ingredients until frothy. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a cherry and enjoy.
