Caribbean Super Bowl Rum Drinks

These are from St. Thomas’ Bolongo Bay Beach Resort and appeared in Caribbean Journal.

Bolongo Bay Beach Resort’s Bronco on the Beach (orange)
Ingredients

1.5 oz. Cruzan orange rum
3 oz. orange juice
1 oz. Sprite
Splash of mango purée

Method: Stir all ingredients together and serve on the rocks.

Bolongo Bay Beach Resort’s Panther in Paradise (blue)
1.5 oz. Cruzan banana rum
1 oz. blue Curaçao
4 oz. pineapple juice

Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and serve on the rocks.
