Coconut Water Pineapple Juice…and add a little rum

  1. Chilled Coconut Water 3 cups
  2. Pineapple Juice 2 cups
  3. Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
  4. Chopped Mint Leaves for garnishing
  5. Salt to taste

1. Blend chilled coconut water, pineapple juice, black pepper and salt in the blender.
2. Blend it well.

How to Serve: Serve the juice in decorative glasses and garnish with a few mint leaves. A teaspoon of honey to each serving would make it a bit sweeter. Moreover, garnishing the serving glasses with a slice of lemon and pineapple would be attractive and mouthwatering.

Or do what I do and add a shot of clear rum.
