1 strawberry
2 parts Tawny port
½ part fresh lemon juice
½ part simple syrup
The delicate and balanced notes of Tawny port are sweetened up with rich strawberry creating a rich ruby colored cocktail. Muddle strawberry with lemon juice, add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake well and strain into a double rocks glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
