2oz Bacardi Rum
2oz Simple syrup
Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Splash of Pineapple Juice
2oz Peeled cucumber
Muddle the cucumber with the simple syrup, add the remaining ingredients, shake well, then strain over ice. Add a splash of sprite.
